While the physical aspects of my service were okay, my key was lost when I came to pick up my car and it was a very stressful experience. My car was taken care of but when I was checking out my key was not hung in the normal spot, and upon asking the service tech he said he put it on the front desk instead of hanging it in the normal location. After waiting for a few hours for my service I had to wait an additional hour while my key was tracked down and had to start to make arrangements to get a loaner vehicle. While I am a very understanding person, this was an extremely stressful experience. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and live almost an hour away in Wheeling. I bought my car here so have continued to return for my service. My daughter had to be picked up from school in wheeling at 3 so not having my keys found for an hour was pretty scary. I also would have not only had to move over everything in my car to a loaner vehicle and reinstall two heavy car seats, but also make an almost 2 hour round trip again to return the car when or if my keys were found. I had already given my insurance and license information when my key was brought back by a man who picked it up off of the counter. Brett was very nice and helpful with the experience, and it was not his fault. But the tech was very careless in his management of my vehicle and key. I am able to unlock my car with my phone which was lucky because I was able to let them look inside and would have been able to get my car seats, but if not this would have been an absolute disaster if I would have accepted a rental car sooner than waiting for an hour and had to drive children without car seats, or not have been able to pick up my daughter from school as my husband was out of town on this day. Not only was my lost but it was picked up by a customer who also had my house key which was attached. If he had not come back on his own volition I would have been missing both a car and house key, which becomes a safety issue. Again, Brett was very accommodating in the situation and I appreciated his help and I was very understanding but also very upset with the circumstances as it was very stressful. My tire pressure light also came on during my drive home which was due to the tech not resetting my tire pressure after the service. I am not one to be rude when mistakes happen and understand that it was not purposeful, but it was careless and I would not want this to happen to anyone else, especially a woman with a young child and car seats like myself. I appreciate Brett working to find my key and handling the situation, while not fun, in a kind manner.

Brought car in for oil change and I was asked if I wanted the tires rotated which I never thought about but being it had 6500+ miles it was time so that getting done to me was a bonus and saving me another trip to have it done....
